Switching from a B2C plan to a Custom plan removes limitations and gives access to B2B modules. The upgrade process does not require moving or recreating your data.

What you need to do

  • Create a support request to activate individual (Custom) plans.

What is kept

  • Terminal settings

  • Watchlists

  • Trading history and statistics

  • Created strategies

  • Strategy templates and drawings

What changes

  • B2C plan limits are removed

  • Access to Bulk or Strategy modules is enabled (more details: link)

  • License type and billing change to Custom modules

Billing details

  • Minimum term for a Custom plan is 3 months (annual plans are in development)

  • The upgrade is activated immediately after confirmation and purchase

When it makes sense to upgrade

  • You are hitting B2C limits

  • You need bulk operations and no deposit limits for strategies

  • You require advanced statistics
