Switching plans and upgrading a license in Lexx Trade
Lexx Trade supports flexible switching between pricing plans without losing your data or trading history. Below is how the upgrade works, what is kept, and what changes when you switch.
What is kept when switching
Your watchlists (symbol lists and collections)
Terminal settings (layouts, presets, preferences)
Trade history and statistics
Created strategies — as long as they are supported by the new plan (limits and access to the Strategy module)
What changes
Limits: strategies, alerts, deposit, number of connected exchanges, etc.
Access to modules (for example: strategies, Bulk trading, alarms) or add-ons (strategy limits, PRO options, and other extensions)
License type and billing terms (price, period, renewal rules)
Switching from B2C to Custom
When you upgrade to a Custom plan:
key B2C plan restrictions are removed
access to the B2B core and modules opens up (Strategy/Bulk/Alarms, etc.)
all user data is preserved
Switching between Custom plans
Available options:
switching from Bulk Trading Plan to Strategy Trading Plan (and back)
enabling a second module as an add-on (for example: Strategy + Bulk at the same time)
Billing and terms
Currently, the Custom plan term is 3 months
The upgrade activates immediately after payment is confirmed
The cost is recalculated proportionally: the unused remainder of the current license is deducted from the price of the new one
Recommendations before upgrading
Review your current limits and workload (strategies, volumes, alerts, PRO options)
Analyze strategy statistics and your real feature usage
Decide which module you need right now: Bulk (bulk operations) or Strategy (algo trading without deposit limits). If needed, they can be combined

Will I lose my data after upgrading?
No. All user data is preserved.
Can I roll back to the previous plan?
A rollback is possible within the terms of your subscription. Contact support for details.
Do I need support assistance to switch plans?
In most cases, the upgrade is done automatically. For complex configurations, the support team will help you complete the process without downtime.
